Overview

Join our dynamic team in Sparta, WI, as an Injection Molding Machine Operator! We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to our manufacturing process and ensure the highest quality standards. Pay is $20-$25/hour based on experience

4-day work week first shift - 10 hour days

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections of molded parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Previous experience in injection molding or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
