Position: 3rd Shift Machine Operator with Forklift Experience

Location: Woodville, MN

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)


Schedule

Training – 1st Shift

  • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM (noon)

Regular Schedule – 3rd Shift

  • Friday–Sunday: 12:00 PM–12:00 AM (midnight)



SEEK Careers is seeking a dependable and motivated individual for a 3rd Shift Machine Operator position in Woodville, Wisconsin.


Position Overview

The successful candidate will initially train on 1st shift until proficient and will then transition to operating automated machinery on 3rd shift.

We are willing to train the right candidate, although prior machine operator experience is preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Operate automated mirror button machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Complete training on 1st shift and transition to 3rd shift once proficient.
  • Maintain an organized and productive work area.
  • Follow established safety and operating procedures.
  • Use computer systems as required for machine operation and production tasks.
  • Safely handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Complete required training and safely operate forklifts, power pallet jacks, and Genie lifts.

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operator experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to be trained and certified on applicable powered equipment.
  • Dependable and independent transportation is required.

So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
