Job Summary

On-Site Staffing Services is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant to support production and manufacturing operations. This entry-level role assists Machine Operators with operating, setting up, and maintaining mechanical equipment used to manufacture greenhouse and growing systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Machine Operators with daily machine operation and production tasks
  • Load and unload materials and components into machines
  • Monitor machine operation and report mechanical issues or abnormalities
  • Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision
  • Conduct visual inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards
  • Use basic hand tools and measuring tools as needed
  • Assist with routine cleaning, maintenance, and organization of machines and work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain accurate production or quality documentation as required
