Job description

The Marketing Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for Advertising Coordinators,
Event Coordinators, Players Club operations, and, at New Mexico properties, PBX operations and Gift
Shop operations. This position partners closely with operational leadership, property departments,
and marketing staff to ensure promotional activities, events, guest communications, and customer
service operations are executed efficiently and professionally in accordance with Enterprise standards
and property objectives.
The Marketing Manager is expected to demonstrate professionalism, accountability, exceptional guest
service, operational leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence while supporting team
members, departmental objectives, and Enterprise goals. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged
information.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
โ€ข Oversees day-to-day marketing operations, promotional activities, event coordination, guest
engagement initiatives, Players Club operations, and assigned operational areas while ensuring
operational efficiency, service consistency, and compliance with company policies and
procedures.
โ€ข Provides leadership, guidance, coaching, scheduling oversight, workforce development,
accountability, and performance management for Advertising Coordinators, Event Coordinators,
Players Club staff, PBX operations and Gift Shop staff (New Mexico properties), and other
assigned team members as applicable.
โ€ข Assists with implementing marketing plans, promotional campaigns, special events, player
development initiatives, guest loyalty programs, advertising activities, and customer service
strategies aligned with property and Enterprise objectives.
โ€ข Coordinates operational activities with casino operations, Food & Beverage, hotel operations,
finance, security, entertainment, and other departments to support promotions, special events,
VIP activities, guest communications, and property-wide initiatives as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
plus three (3) years of progressive experience in casino marketing, promotions, guest services, or
related hospitality operations experience or the equivalent of five (5) years of progressive casino
marketing, casino marketing and promotions. Requires three (3) years in a supervisory role. Casino
gaming, hospitality, promotions, Players Club, event coordination, and retail operations experience
preferred. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be
able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and
maintain gaming license.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit, stand, or walk for

move up to 30 pounds.
Work Environment:
Working in a casino setting, employees are exposed to moderate/high noise levels and frequent
contact with internal and external customers. Extended hours, including evenings, weekends, irregular
shifts, and holidays may be required. Tight time constraints and multiple demands are common. Work
is performed in a fast-paced, result-oriented, and ever-changing environment. The team attitude is
