Job description

Fresh Express is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team in Orlando.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is an exciting opportunity for a strong CPG food marketer who wants broad exposure across brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital and social media, consumer insights, innovation, shopper marketing and agency management.

We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution - someone who can take a business or consumer opportunity, turn it into a compelling marketing program, and work across internal teams and agency partners to bring it to life.

What You'll Do
  • Help develop and execute annual brand and integrated marketing plans
  • Work closely with advertising, media, social, PR, influencer, research and other agency partners
  • Develop agency briefs and lead programs from strategy and creative development through execution and measurement
  • Manage digital, social, influencer, video, media and consumer activation programs
  • Track campaign performance and translate data into insights, recommendations and actions
  • Partner with Sales and Category Management to develop customer and shopper marketing programs
  • Support innovation and new product launches, including consumer insights, positioning, packaging and launch activation
  • Monitor consumer, category, competitive and cultural trends and identify opportunities for the brand
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Innovation, R&D, Category Management, Operations, Finance, Food Safety and other teams
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines and agency deliverables
  • Develop presentations and recommendations for Marketing and senior leadership
  • Help continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing investments
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), specifically within the food industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience developing and executing integrated consumer marketing programs
  • Strong experience working with external marketing agencies
  • Digital, social media and influencer marketing experience
  • Experience supporting innovation and new product launches
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization
  • A self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in fresh, refrigerated, perishable or produce categories is a strong plus
