Job description

We are seeking career-minded cooks who have an engaging personality, the ability to work well on a team, the ability to remain level-headed and even-tempered in busy situations, the ability to be creative, and someone who is trustworthy and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibilities will include cooking to order, frying, sautรฉing and broiling a variety of food items from the menu. Must be able to work hot food line, broiler, fry station and salad station.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 3-5 years cooking experience in a table service dining environment.
  • Must have working knowledge established sanitation standards.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Must have the ability to perform duties in a stressful and fast paced fine dining environment.
  • Knowledge in creating specials and new menu items would be a plus but not required.
