Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant, bar, banquet, and conference center operations. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, managing financial performance, and developing a strong service culture across multiple food and beverage outlets.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in both restaurant and banquet operations within a hotel, conference center, or large-scale hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Lead daily operations for the restaurant, bar, and banquet/event functions
• Drive guest satisfaction scores and service excellence
• Oversee banquet execution for meetings, conferences, and social events
• Manage labor, scheduling, and cost controls to meet financial goals
• Train, coach, and develop a high-performing F&B team
• Partner with the Culinary and Sales teams to enhance offerings and maximize revenue
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and food & beverage costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• 3-5+ years of Food & Beverage management experience (hotel or full-service restaurant)
• Strong background in both restaurant operations and banquet/events
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on management style
• Experience managing P&L, labor costs, and inventory
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
Preferred Qualifications
• Hotel or conference center experience
• Familiarity with Wyndham or branded hotel standards
• ServSafe and alcohol service certification
