At The Clayton, food and beverage is more than service — it’s an experience. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee one or more hotel restaurant experiences, ensuring exceptional execution, financial performance, and elevated guest experiences.

This role partners closely with property leadership to oversee planning, service standards, banquet and event functions, and daily operational excellence. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, financially savvy, and passionate about cultivating strong teams and memorable moments.


Requested Tasks

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant and/or bar venues
  • Maintain exceptional presentation, service execution, and guest satisfaction
  • Establish and uphold service, appearance, and operational standards
  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage team members and leaders as needed
  • Lead regular meetings to ensure consistent and transparent communication
  • Assist with budgeting, inventory management, payroll, and cost control
  • Develop strategies to improve profitability and explore new revenue opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Banquet teams to anticipate business needs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor industry trends to keep concepts competitive and relevant
  • Collaborate closely with property leadership teams


Requested Capabilities

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in coffee shop, café, or food & beverage management.
  • Strong working knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso equipment, and café operations.
  • Proven experience leading, training, and developing teams.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, and cost controls.
  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
