Administrative Assistant 

Gaffney, SC  •  Full-Time, On-Site  •   

POSITION SUMMARY 

Wrestore Technology is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations at its Gaffney, SC facility. The site spans 182 acres and includes an existing operational facility as well as a new facility currently under construction, with permitting in progress. This is a newly created role supporting a small on-site team. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary administrative point of contact on-site, handling office administration, facility and security coordination, and periodic government liaison responsibilities. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

◆ Serve as the primary administrative resource on-site, supporting the facility, team, and security. 

◆ Walk the 182-acre facility daily to record water and electricity meter readings and report usage. 

◆ Provide day-to-day coordination and oversight touchpoints with the on-site 24-hour security guard. 

◆ Manage visitor and vehicle registration, including sign-in/sign-out for on-site guests and contractors. 

◆ Coordinate equipment and office supply purchasing; file and store paperwork and maintain accurate records. 

◆ Compile and submit daily and weekly reports on site activity, escalating urgent matters as needed. 

◆ Answer incoming calls on the office telephone and manage general correspondence. 

◆ Receive and review incoming mail daily. 

◆ Report to leadership on an as-needed basis depending on the nature of the issue. 

◆ Conduct communication and follow-up coordination with local government authorities and all site suppliers to resolve on-site coordination issues in a timely manner. 

◆ Serve as the daily communication liaison between the on-site facility and China-based parent company, conduct regular synchronous reporting, document exchange and follow-up coordination covering all site operational, administrative and compliance matters. 

◆ Compile consolidated operational summaries, site incident updates and administrative archives, submit standardized periodic reports to the parent headquarters per corporate requirements, and promptly reply to all information requests and inquiries from the parent team.  

◆ Track all work directives, internal policy updates and audit requirements issued by the parent company, deploy relevant arrangements on-site and feedback implementation progress, existing bottlenecks and resource support demands in a timely manner. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

◆  Fluent Mandarin / English speaker strongly preferred. 

◆  Responsible, stable, and comfortable working independently on a large industrial site. 

SCHEDULE & LOCATION 

◆  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (standard full-time schedule) 

◆  Location: 100 Timken Rd, Gaffney, SC 29341 (on-site) 

◆  Target Start Date: End of July 2026 

COMPENSATION 

 $48,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
