Job Title: Jr Workers Compensation Case Manager - Must be fluent in Mandarin
The Opportunity
The Law Offices of Bob Nehoray currently has an opening for a Jr Workers Compensation Case Manager in our Oakland or Encino offices. This is an in office role. You need to be fluent in English and Mandarin, additional experience in a law firm is a plus.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in building and shaping a department from the ground up.
Position Overview
The Case Manager will work directly with attorneys and staff to manage a caseload of workers compensation files from intake through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain workers compensation case files under attorney supervision
  • Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys
  • Track deadlines, appointments, and case progress to ensure timely movement of files
  • Request, review, and organize medical records and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and file records
  • Assist with case strategy preparation and general administrative support
