About the Opportunity
LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing, global clean energy and advanced manufacturing company to find a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join their on-site Talent Acquisition team in Manteno, IL. This is a rare opportunity to play a critical role on a high-performing TA team at a company that is rapidly scaling its U.S. operations.
This person will own full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and General & Administrative functions - with a particular focus on roles where a significant portion of the leadership team is based internationally and communicates primarily in Mandarin. The ability to bridge the gap between U.S.-based candidates and global leadership is the core value this person brings to the team.
What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and GNA roles from requisition to offer
  • Serve as the primary bilingual liaison between U.S. hiring managers and Mandarin-speaking international stakeholders and leadership
  • Support cross-cultural communication throughout the interview and evaluation process
  • Collaborate closely with a team of on-site TA professionals on cross-functional searches
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions
  • Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Mandarin fluency - business fluent or native speaker. This is the primary requirement for this role. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency background accepted)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be comfortable managing relationships with both domestic and international stakeholders
  • Professional maturity and cross-cultural awareness
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Preferred:
  • Recruiting experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Supply Chain functions
  • Familiarity working with globally distributed teams across time zones
  • Experience in manufacturing, clean energy, EV, or industrial environments (nice to have, not required)
