Job description

Seeking a fluent Mandarin (read and type) admin with a degree related to business and seeking a career. Room for Growth as this role will most likely turn into a manager!
Some experience in administrative work, good communication in both English and Mandarin as they will be coordinating with the team overseas and other departments.
Can train but, still need some admin experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Communicate in English and Mandarin with overseas teams, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, reporting, scheduling, and general office coordination.
- Support communication flow between departments to help ensure timely follow-up and accurate information sharing.
- Maintain organized records, files, and administrative processes to support daily operations.
- Learn company procedures and contribute to process improvement as responsibilities expand.
