Requirements: 

·         Updated Resume

·         State RN license

·         BLS/CPR

·         Immunization Report – PPD/ Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report

·         1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
