To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.
  • Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
  • Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
  • Help with general light housekeeping.
