Flock is looking to add an Account Executive to our growing Community Safety sales team.

This person will play a key role in helping the Flock grow, focusing on a single market, owning demand generation, partnerships, and fullโ€cycle sales. Your primary customer base is Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Groups. Must be located Southern California, Boston, or Texas.

Skillset 1+ years of outbound fullโ€cycle sales with an emphasis on software sales - closing experience Prior experience as an SDR/BDR or experience with sourcing opportunities Consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation Experience in executing deals created through both marketing demand and selfโ€sourced opportunities (referrals and cold calling) Selfโ€starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a defined territory Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory Experience working with a large tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.) Strong presentation and demonstration skills, both in person and virtually Enjoy working in a fastโ€paced, dataโ€driven sales environment where top of funnel activity is a high priority Energized by solving customers' problems โ€“ e.g., consultative sales approach Salary & Equity In this role, you'll receive an OTE of $125,000, stock options, and uncapped commissions.
