Welcome to The Cove

Always an open door to welcome our flock, The Cove is located on the Marina in Deerfield Beach and has been serving up fresh American cuisine, refreshing cocktails and salty vibes for over 40 years. Our guests enjoy rolling waves, and fiery sunsets on the Intracoastal, kicking back and relaxing with friends. Rooted in the community, we host several events each year from fishing and golf tournaments, raising 10s of thousands of dollars for local community non-profits.

Position Description

We're looking for Dock Hands to join our team at The Cove Marina! As a Dock Hand, you'll play a vital role in supporting boaters and maintaining the marina's overall safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You'll be hands-on, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for customers while working in a dynamic, outdoor setting.

Keep the docks clean, safe, and fully operational
Assist boat owners with docking and undocking
