As Flock accelerates its growth across public sector law enforcement agencies, expanding our presence within key regional markets requires dedicated field sales execution. Driving adoption across single-market territories demands an established sales professional who can generate local demand, build strategic agency partnerships, and navigate full-cycle software deals. You will own demand generation, lead consultative software sales, and build lasting partnerships that strengthen public safety across your territory.

• Drive full-cycle software sales across a defined public sector territory, managing demand generation, product demonstrations, consultative discovery, and contract closing.

• Build and execute an outbound prospecting strategy to identify new business opportunities and expand agency partnerships within your market.

• Establish relationships with law enforcement leaders, dispatchers, and community liaison partners to generate agency referrals and expand pipeline.

• Deliver tailored platform demonstrations that position Flock's software and technology capabilities against specific agency operational needs.

• Maintain accurate territory forecasting and pipeline tracking within internal systems to ensure consistent revenue production.

• This isn't an inside sales or desk-bound role, you will travel regionally up to 50% during peak seasons to meet with agencies and partners on-site.

• This is not an account management or post-sales support position, your primary focus is driving net-new logo acquisition and self-sourced sales pipeline.

• This isn't a transactional sales environment, you will manage consultative, multi-stakeholder buying processes across public sector agencies.

• Demonstrated full-cycle software sales experience, with an emphasis on outside or field sales execution within a defined territory.

• Capability to execute outbound prospecting strategies, self-source leads, and build net-new pipeline.

• Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to digest technical product capabilities and articulate them as a subject matter expert.

• Consultative approach to solving customer challenges, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience working within a high-growth startup environment is a plus.

In this role, you'll receive a starting OTE of $250,000 as well as Flock Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in depth with you during our first chat.

On compensation: we pay fairly for the work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education, training, and market indicators. The range in this posting covers base salary only and doesn't include equity, sales bonus plans where applicable, or benefits.
