Installation Crew Leader

Are you a skilled and motivated professional ready to lead a team in the dynamic environmental and sustainability industry? Perfect Water is seeking a dedicated Installation Crew Leader to oversee the installation of high-quality water purification, filtration, and rainwater harvesting systems for homeowners in Knoxville and Nashville. What You'll Lead & Do:

As an Installation Crew Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our projects, responsible for:

  • Leading and managing your crew to successfully complete installations of residential water systems.

  • Performing essential hands-on tasks including basic plumbing, site drainage, and light electrical work.

  • Operating heavy equipment such as mini-excavators and skid steers (we provide training if needed!).

  • Coordinating effectively with general contractors and other subcontractors on job sites to ensure smooth project flow.

  • Ensuring vehicle preventative maintenance (PM) schedules are consistently followed.

  • Tracking and managing all material and supply usage for projects.

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and delivering excellent client interactions.

  • Mentoring and fostering a positive environment for your team members.

  • Completing other assigned duties to contribute to overall project success.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in plumbing, light electrical, and excavation (including trenching and backfill).

  • Familiarity with custom home construction sites.

  • A demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a crew.

  • Strong physical capacity for demanding work.

  • Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility for overnight travel up to 10 nights per month (you'll always be home on weekends).
