The social work assistant will be under the direct supervision of the Social Worker and will be assisting in implementing cognitive activites with participants having cognitive challenges, social work assessments, home visits, provision of community resources and carrying out community outreach to inform the community of the center's health care rehabilitation services.
Qualifications: Degree in social Work or other social sciences is required. On the job training with a social woorker is available.
