What You'll Do
As a QIDP, you will coordinate, supervise, and support residential and day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor person-centered services for individuals receiving residential and day supports
  • Facilitate and oversee Comprehensive Functional Assessments (CFAs) within Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans
  • Ensure services meet regulatory requirements and agency standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports
  • Monitor program quality and advocate for the needs and goals of individuals supported
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality care
  • Communicate effectively with individuals served, families, staff, and external providers
  • Assist in identifying and addressing service needs through proactive problem-solving and planning
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Must meet Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) requirements as defined by Federal Medicaid Regulations
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
  • Experience in residential or day program settings
  • Social Work or Human Services background
