A Brief Overview
Supports practice development efforts, facilitating the organization and execution of stated regional, national, and/or global marketing initiatives. Supports the implementation of marketing initiatives including email marketing, webinars, bio updates, and mediator/arbitrator social media profiles; assists in web content management. Ensures communications to clients and prospects are relevant, compelling, targeted, accurate, and distributed at optimal times. Provides additional support for arbitrator/mediator presentations/events, in both virtual and live environments. Manages event calendars and sponsorship budget.
Responsibilities
What you will do
  • Manages details and provides support for business building and practice development activities.
  • Coordinates details of virtual, hybrid, in-house, and off-site events and educational programs for users and prospects.
  • Assists with the management of the practice development budget.
  • Constructs and distributes compelling eCampaigns to maximize open and click-through rates while minimizing opt-outs. Collaborates with Marketing and Communications team to ensure the website is updated with content related to marketing outreach and practice development activities.
  • Manages mailing lists and drafts/updates biographies using backend website tools. Assists with the production of external and internal systems of sharing information (i.e., newsletters, event calendars, budget tracking, summaries of activities, etc.). Constructs work orders for marketing projects and requests.
  • Assists arbitrators/mediators with the development of social media profiles.
  • Provides professional internal and external client service.
  • Serves as communication liaison within the assigned region for marketing and practice development purposes.
  • Exchanges relevant information with other coordinators and assists with coverage, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned within similar scope.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. Required
  • 1-3 years of working in marketing, practice/business development, and administrative support. Required
  • 1-3 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus
  • 1-3 years For internal candidates, proven ability as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Client Services, or similar position. Required
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in job-related software programs. (Required proficiency)
  • Familiarity with companywide practice areas and initiatives. (Required proficiency)
  • Verbal and business writing communication skills. (Required proficiency)
