Job description:The Automotive BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications to generate appointments, improve customer retention, and support dealership sales and service goals. This role handles phone calls, internet leads, text messages, email follow-up, appointment setting, customer follow-up, and CRM documentation while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Inbound, Outbound and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- The role involves engaging customers, managing leads, and providing exceptional service
- Scheduling customers for vehicle repairs, maintenance and vehicle sales appointments
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office software and computer systems
