Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities

The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of nursing services
  • Supporting 24-hour clinical operations and nursing oversight
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
