Job description

The Weaver Machine Operator will produce first quality fabric, documenting all defects and malfunctions on the loom maintenance technician card. Each weaver is assigned a set of looms to operate efficiently. Duties and responsibilities include starting looms, repairing yarn breaks, inspecting, flagging looms for defects, and constantly cycling warp alleys. Other responsibilities include changing yarn bobbins when they run out, making sure the bobbin has an identification label, and removing any non-conforming yarn, using a reject bobbin sticker. Maintains open communication with other weavers, management, and technical team. Maintains all records according to ISO standards.
Job Requirements:
  1. 0-3 years' experience
  2. Good working knowledge of computer skills
  3. Weaver candidate must pass a weaver end draw and splice test
