Triton serves both commercial and residential markets, delivering high-quality stone slabs, countertops, and related materials to fabricators, contractors, and design professionals.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, energetic professional who is capable of operating in a fast-paced and fluid environment. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to coordinate and schedule the receipt and delivery of our products and to maintain and document accurate inventory levels. This person will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized warehouse (facility and team) at all times. This role is essential to the successful operations of our company.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in achieving assigned sales goals by providing excellent sales fulfillment processes and providing unparalleled customer service.
  • Ensure the warehouse is safe, efficient, and a world-class showroom for stone
  • Maintainaccurateinventory
  • Build and maintain a strong warehouse team
  • Receive and ship inventory timely, efficiently, and accurately
  • Ensure accurate invoicing of material
  • Arrange fabricator pick-ups and deliveries
  • Receive incoming orders
  • Manage branch fleet, licensing, registration, and DOT compliance
  • Manage returns and damage claims

Requirements & Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong record-keeping experience
  • Persistent Follow-Up and Follow-Through
  • Planning and scheduling loads and deliveries
  • Manage and react well to changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Computer Skills, including experience with inventory management systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

SKILLS

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Prior warehouse supervisor or equivalent leadership experience
  • LTL or OTL Dispatching Experience
  • DOT compliance experience
  • Experience with natural stone, tile, or plumbing distribution

Position Information:

  • Job Status: Full-Time
