Job description

Doctronic | Partnerships
Partnerships Operations Manager
New York City, NY โ€ข Reports to SVP of Partnerships
About Doctronic
Doctronic is the first AI legally authorized to practice medicine. We are processing millions of consultations monthly with 99%+ treatment plan accuracy validated by board-certified clinicians. As our partnership portfolio grows, we're building the operational backbone to make sure every deal we sign is a deal we deliver on.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partnerships Operations Manager to serve as a key organizational player on our post-sales partnerships team. Your job is simple to state and hard to do well: make sure our signed partnerships succeed. That means keeping partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams aligned, organized, and moving toward the deliverables we promised. You'll sit in the room where decisions get made, form your own point of view, and be trusted to keep everyone on track, from deal kickoff through ongoing customer success.
What You'll Do
Partner & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for external partners, building relationships that make Doctronic easy and reliable to work with
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders, keeping expectations clear on both sides
  • Prepare materials, decks, and briefings that represent Doctronic well in front of partners
  • Attend partner and internal meetings, contribute a real point of view, and drive outcomes rather than just take notes

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with clinical, marketing, operations, finance, and product/engineering to ensure we deliver on every commitment made to a partner
  • Track deliverables across teams and flag risks to timelines before they become problems
  • Act as the connective tissue between partnership commitments and the teams responsible for executing them

Program & Project Infrastructure
  • Build and maintain the systems that keep partnerships organized: kanban and Linear boards, shared Slack channels, and Figma files
  • Own the operational cadence for each partnership: standups, syncs, and follow-through on action items
  • Bring structure to ambiguity, favoring durable systems over one-off fixes

Customer Success & Reporting
  • Own post-launch customer success for partnerships, including recurring partner success meetings
  • Build and send consistent, accurate metrics reporting to partners on an ongoing basis
  • Monitor partner health after launch and escalate early when a relationship needs attention
Who You Are
  • 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally spanning partnerships, business operations, program management, or account/customer success in a startup or high-growth environment
  • A proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Highly organized and process-minded: you build systems, not workarounds
  • A clear, confident communicator who can hold their own in a room with partners and executives
  • Comfortable owning a wide scope of work independently, with a bias toward action
  • Fluent with organizational and collaboration tools (Linear, kanban boards, Slack, Figma, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented, with high standards for follow-through on deliverables and metrics
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in a fast-moving environment
  • Healthcare, health tech, or digital health experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
  • $110-$125k base salary + equity
  • Hybrid role in New York City, working directly alongside our SVP of Partnerships
  • The chance to build the operational infrastructure behind Doctronic's partnerships as we scale

Reports to: SVP of Partnerships Location: New York City | Hybrid
