Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, results-driven Fixed Operations Director to oversee, optimize, and grow our multi-location service and parts departments. In this strategic role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Fixed Operations, executing group-wide initiatives and ensuring elite operational standards.What You'll DoDrive Profitability: Achieve departmental gross profit goals by managing fixed absorption, expenses, and asset utilization.Lead Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor service and parts managers while boosting technician retention.Optimize CSI: Implement robust workflow processes to elevate Customer Satisfaction Index scores and build owner loyalty.Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with the VP of Fixed Operations to forecast revenue goals and deploy software platforms.What We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum 5+ years of successful automotive Fixed Operations or Service Director management.Track Record: Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar P&Ls and hit manufacturer targets.Skills: Exceptional communication, data-driven decision-making, and deep knowledge of DMS platforms.As a Top 150 Dealer Group, we are dedicated to bringing both our employees and customers only the best experience.
