Fixed Operations Support StaffPosition Summary

Be a key part of the team that keeps our dealership moving! As a dependable and upbeat Fixed Operations Support Staff member, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming customer experience and supporting the smooth, efficient operation of our service-related departments. From assisting guests to helping with vehicle transportation and daily department needs, every day brings variety and the opportunity to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.

  • Provide customer shuttle transportation and assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery.

  • Help ensure service areas are clean, safe, organized, and ready for business.

  • Scan, organize, and properly file completed documents to support accurate recordkeeping.

  • Assist fixed operations departments with a variety of daily tasks and special projects.

  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

  • Work both indoors and outdoors while adapting to a range of weather conditions.

  • Contribute to a team-focused environment where reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to help are valued.

Qualifications
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to step in wherever support is needed.

  • Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
