Job description

High-Performance OEM Certified Collision Center

Fix Auto Houston is seeking a driven, high-performing Collision Repair Sales Estimator to join our growing team.

This is NOT an entry-level estimator position.

We are a fast-paced, OEM-certified collision repair facility looking for someone who can:

  • build customer trust,
  • drive revenue,
  • negotiate effectively,
  • identify missed operations,
  • and help properly manage today’s increasingly complex repairs.

Our facility performs OEM-certified repairs and invests heavily in equipment, training, and repair standards. We need someone who operates with urgency, professionalism, and accountability — not someone who simply writes estimates and waits for work to arrive.

What You’ll Do
  • Write complete and accurate repair plans using CCC One
  • Manage customer communication from intake through delivery
  • Convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments and sold repairs
  • Negotiate supplements with insurance companies
  • Identify missed damage and revenue opportunities
  • Follow up consistently on unsold estimates
  • Coordinate with production, parts, and management teams
  • Help maintain high CSI and online review performance
  • Represent the professionalism and standards of an OEM-certified repair facility
What We’re Looking For
  • Collision estimating experience preferred
  • CCC One experience preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with urgency and follow-through
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Competitive, accountable, and goal-driven
  • Team player with a professional appearance and attitude
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay + performance incentives
  • High earning potential for top performers
  • Modern, fully equipped OEM-certified facility
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • Stable workflow and growth opportunity
  • Supportive but high-accountability culture

Top performers in this role will be rewarded accordingly.

If you are motivated, competitive, customer-focused, and know how to properly manage collision repairs while driving results, we want to speak with you.
