Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing rapid response and care to all basic First Aid and EMS needs that occur at the park
  • Keep a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service standards
  • Obtain knowledge of facility and amenities to assist customers
  • Document all services rendered
  • Complete daily supply and equipment inspections
  • Report missing, expired, or broken equipment to management
  • Follow all park policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid EMT license, paramedic preferred
  • Must have at least three years practical EMT experience
  • Be aware, attentive, work well with others, and accept guidance and supervision
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stand, or walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to endure work environments of excessive heat
  • Must follow guidelines on staying hydrated, eating properly, and using sunscreen
