We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Fireplace Service Technician to join our team. As a Fireplace Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing residential fireplaces. Your technical expertise and commitment to quality will contribute to our reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair gas, wood-burning, and electric fireplaces according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and diagnostic inspections to ensure fireplaces are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs, including replacing parts and adjusting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining fireplace operation, and offering maintenance tips.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company safety policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve service-related issues.
