Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay: $60,000–$95,000 per year (based on skill and efficiency) Salary equivalent: $28.00–$45.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR GAS FIREPLACE TECHNICIAN:

  • Perform gas appliance service and diagnostics
  • Complete appliance installations, including required vent systems
  • Conduct on-the-road/in-field sales when products or services are needed
  • Work to code and safety standards, leveraging industry materials to solve problems

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • NH State Gas Fitters License (minimum of hearth fitters classification)
  • Physical ability to lift 80 lbs.
  • Motivated team player with the ability to problem solve
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Not required to have, but a plus:

  • Experience working in the chimney/hearth and/or gas appliance service/installation industry
  • CSIA and NFI certifications (or willingness to attain-required for ongoing employment)
  • Medical card
  • Construction experience
  • In-home service technician experience
  • Vocational training

We're willing to train a candidate with the right attitude who meets the minimum experience requirement for this Gas Fireplace Technician role.


SCHEDULE & WORK STYLE:

  • Monday–Friday, start time 7:00 AM
  • A handful of Saturdays throughout the year, as needed to meet deadlines
  • We never work Sundays or Holidays
