  • Stable, year-round employment with a growing company

As you progress through the apprenticeship program and develop your technical skills, responsibilities, and leadership abilities, your earning potential will continue to grow. Lead Repair Technicians who successfully complete training and excel in the role have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually through a combination of hourly pay, performance incentives, and commission opportunities.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

The people who thrive on our team are dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in their work. They communicate well, take ownership of problems, and are committed to producing quality results.

Just as important as technical ability is character. We are looking for someone who is respectful, honest, accountable, and works well with others. Skills can be taught; attitude, work ethic, and integrity cannot.

If you're looking for a long-term career with opportunities for growth, training, and advancement--and you want to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and doing things the right way--we'd like to hear from you.
