Job description

Pay Range: $25 -$30 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Afterpaint Installation
  • Follow shelving templates to cut materials, pre-drill holes, and securely fasten closet shelving systems.
  • Install both kit-based and custom shower doors.
  • Measure, level, and mount mirrors of various sizes.
  • Install bath and kitchen hardware, including towel bars, toilet paper holders, and cabinet accessories.
  • Complete punch-out lists with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, builders, and site supervisors as needed.
Fireplace Installation
  • Install prefabricated fireplaces, mantels, surrounds, and related components according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure proper ventilation, clearances, and safety compliance during installation.
  • Coordinate with builders and project managers to ensure correct placement and finish details.
  • Perform quality checks to confirm proper operation and appearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required - we will train the right candidate.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools or willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Physical Demands:
This role involves performing installation tasks in residential construction environments. Team members may need to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, use hand and power tools, and work in positions such as standing, bending, reaching, or kneeling. These activities are essential to the job, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.
