Who We're Looking For -Reporting to theFinancial and Accounting Systems Director, we areseeking aFinancial SystemsManager to help drive continuous improvements in both the process and platform spaces within Finance & Accounting. The Financial SystemsManagerwill supportthe implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems, including ERP, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and reporting systems. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in financial systems and project management.This position often involves working closely with various departments, such asAccounting,Finance, and IT, to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and implementnew technologies. Creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a keen analytical mindset are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: 

  • Supportthe management of the application environment across the organization, with an emphasis on day-to-day operations of NetSuite and related financial systems to achieveoptimalfunctionality,usabilityand integration 
  • Document andmaintaindata model diagrams, data flow diagrams, integration diagrams, userguidesand other application information 
  • Translate business needs into product backlogs, user stories, and business requirements tooptimizebusiness value of applications and processes 
  • Focus on continuous process improvement towards departmental policies, procedures, and best practices 
  • Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues 
  • Provide technical support and train staff as it relates tothe company'sfinancial systems 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial systems 
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure that system changes or upgrades align with business goals 
  • Assisttheaccounting and finance teams with project or system relatedinquiries 
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensureoptimalsystem performance 
  • Ensure that all financial data isaccurateandup to datein the systems 
  • Staycurrentwith the latest financial technologies and regulatory changes to provide suggestions and solutions for system improvements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experiencein designing, implementing, andmaintainingfinancial systems 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize concurrent assignments 
  • Experience with financial systems implementation and maintenance, particularly ERP systemswith advanced inventory(e.g., NetSuiterequired) 
  • Proficiencyin financial planning and analysis software (e.g., Oracle EPM) 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) 
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous improvement 
  • Knowledge ofbasicGAAP accounting standards and concepts
