Salary: 55,000-70,000

Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to help keep our HVAC and plumbing jobs running smoothly from start to finish. This role is responsible for handling the behind-the-scenes details that keep projects on track, including permits, equipment orders, financing paperwork, warranties, purchase orders, and vendor coordination. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy keeping everything organized, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Obtain permits and ensure all required documentation is completed
  • Register equipment warranties
  • Process and manage customer financing paperwork
  • Approve and track parts purchases
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Order HVAC and plumbing equipment and materials
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure materials arrive on time
  • Work closely with technicians, installers, dispatch, and office staff to keep projects moving
  • Maintain accurate project files and documentation
  • Monitor project timelines and help resolve issues that could delay completion
  • Assist with scheduling project-related activities as needed
  • Perform other administrative and coordination duties to support daily operations
