A growing organization in the South Bend area is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer / Controller to lead financial operations and support long-term organizational growth. This individual will serve as a key member of the leadership team and oversee budgeting, reporting, compliance, financial planning, and overall fiscal management.
Key Responsibilities
