About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a private‑equity‑backed manufacturing organization undergoing a period of operational and financial transformation. The company is seeking an experienced US Controller to take full ownership of U.S. accounting and lead the function through the next phase of growth and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of U.S. accounting operations, including GL, trial balance, and financial close
  • Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Oversee accounting across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites and corporate functions
  • Provide leadership for AP, AR, general accounting, and cost accounting
  • Partner closely with operations to support manufacturing performance and cost visibility
