Join SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson as a Business Development Representative where you’ll be at the heart of our business development operations, ensuring smooth BD processes and effective client management.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, achieve financial objectives, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in communication and problem-solving. If you are passionate about fostering a productive work environment and driving team success, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily contact preparations to include materials and objectives, perform visits, conduct presentations, schedule follow-up visits, and update progress with new, existing, and key clients.
  • Prepare emergency ready plan (ERP) materials, visit clients, conduct presentations, collect data, complete the plans, and schedule follow-up visits.
  • Prepare, schedule, and conduct lunch and learn sessions.
  • Participate in professional associations, professional networking events.
  • Deliver marketing presentations, continuing education classes, and entertainment events.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience in business-to-business business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Proven work experience with business development within the service sector.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
  • Knowledge of the restoration industry is preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.
