Job description

The Restoration Technician performs restoration processes to meet the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintain the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. This role represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry by providing quality, consistent, and efficient work.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented technician who excels in communication and problem-solving. If you are passionate about fostering a productive work environment and driving team success, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
  • Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
  • Perform restoration processes as directed.
  • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Communicate with manager, supervisor, and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
  • Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction industries preferred.
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • This job requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment including the wear and use of respirators.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.
