We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our North America Finance team in North Brookfield, MA. Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts, supporting the annual budgeting process, and assisting with the analysis of financial and operational performance. The Financial Analyst will also perform ad hoc analyses to support production and business decisions, serving as a key contributor in delivering financial insights that drive business success.


RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of annual budgeting spreadsheets
  • Update and support the rolling forecast, including related analysis and business insights
  • Support month-end reporting and analytics, including P&L, gross margin, product mix, and identification of risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
  • Maintain daily KPI reporting, including consolidation of data for weekly operations reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop business cases for new product development and ROI analysis
  • Develop and maintain reporting in SAP BI and Power BI
  • Support Operations with cost savings initiatives through tracking and performance reporting
  • Partner with Accounting to prepare monthly statistical inputs for general ledger reporting
  • Prepare sustainability metrics for monthly reporting to headquarters
  • Compile and distribute reports related to Vibram cafeteria activity
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Experience with SAP4Hana
  • Experience with Power BI and SAP BI reporting
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience within multinational CPG and/or manufacturing organization
  • A hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves approach and a strong sense of urgency
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to accomplish tasks
  • Collaborative team player
