Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to your assigned organization. Each day, you will compile and analyze various relevant metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid
This role is contributing to the Robotics in Korea. Main stakeholders are all business functions.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Acting as a Project Controller, monitoring project financials including cost, revenue, margin, cash flow, and risk/opportunity management throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Managing month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

  • Supporting statutory and internal audits by preparing required documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Preparing financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business and project-related hypotheses and assess their overall impact on the business unit.

  • Supporting financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities at both business unit and project levels.

  • Partnering closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure financial transparency, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to financial policies and procedures.

  • Performing in-depth analyses of business and project performance against budget and forecast, and proactively proposing corrective and improvement actions.

Qualifications for the role.
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, project controlling, FP&A, or a related field, with hands-on experience in managing project financials.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Excel, financial modeling, project controlling, data analysis) and understanding of the relevant industry and market.

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Preferred experience as a Project Controller supporting complex projects, products, or technologies.

  • Knowledge of financial systems and tools such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP PS), project controlling tools, and BI/reporting platforms.

  • Passionate about analytical problem-solving and continuous improvement, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Businesslevel proficiency in English (verbal and written) and native fluency in Korean.

  • Valid work authorization and any required licenses to work in Republic of Korea.
