The position plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and long-term financial planning.SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) supports the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. This position partners with leadership to analyze financial performance, develop analytical models, and provide insights across multiple business lines.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Forecasting (25%)Develop annual budgets including revenue, expenses, and capital planningBuild financial models to project business performance and evaluate scenariosAnalyze budget-to-actual variances and develop forecasting projectionsPartner with stakeholders to support departmental budgeting processesReserving & Financial Estimates (25%)Develop financial estimates including reserves and related financial statement componentsSupport modeling of complex reserves and financial assumptionsPerform reconciliations and comparisons to validate financial outputsDevelop analytical processes for trend and predictive analysisRate Modeling & Strategic Support (25%)Support development of rate models and pricing assumptionsPartner with leadership on financial planning for risk-sharing and reimbursement modelsProvide financial input into strategic planning initiatives and business decisionsData Analysis & Reporting (15%)Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business insightsBuild dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and analytical softwareDevelop queries and partner with data teams to support reporting needsCommunicate findings to stakeholders and senior leadershipProjects & Process Improvement (10%)Participate in financial and operational improvement initiativesDesign and enhance budgeting and reporting processesSupport special projects and financial modeling initiatives

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.93 - $54.29/hr.
