LEAD Finance Rotational Program - Wabtec Corporation
The LEAD rotational program is the premier entry point into a career with Wabtec. The two-year finance track of the program is designed to accelerate members' professional development through rotations in multiple finance functions and business units, continuing education, and frequent exposure to senior leaders across the business. Graduates of this program are the pipeline for future strategic and high-priority finance roles at Wabtec.
Expected 2026 locations include Chicago, IL, Pittsburgh, PA and , Fort Worth, TX.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
  • Major GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
  • Willingness to relocate while on program
