  • Business Case Support: ROIs, Lease vs. Buy, Make vs. Buy
  • Revenue / Margin analysis: Channel, customer, product profitability
  • New Business Opportunities
  • Risk Mitigation strategies
  • Alternatives to existing processes to reduce cost and/or complexity

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
