Participants rotate through multiple departments, such as corporate finance, investment analysis, and financial planning, to develop a well-rounded skill set. The program typically lasts between one to three years, allowing analysts to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Each rotation lasts several months, allowing you to build a broad understanding of different financial functions, gain hands-on experience, and network with professionals across the organization. You'll have opportunities to work on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic projects alongside skilled finance teams.
