Job description

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze aspects of financial planning and analysis processes for Regard, other business lines, and custom or member specific engagements upon request. This would include executing directed strategic visions and establishing innovative solutions while delivering results to leadership.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational processes for sourcing events across the Regard contracting portfolio, strategic sourcing agreements and execution, custom engagement activity with vendors, and Global Sourcing opportunities assessment.
  • Weekly and monthly, perform updating of reports utilized by management and key stakeholders.
  • Help determine and develop process improvements, streamlining efficiencies within Regard and set business lines.
  • Ad-hoc analysis for leaders as needed. Follows team objectives and works with colleagues for tactical execution to achieve goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Fosters adaptation to new approaches and/or technology introduced
  • Produce, analyze, and track business lines’ pricing, inventory, and costs
  • Participate in client and C-Suite meetings as needed, manage ROi relationships from finance perspective
  • Participate in sourcing strategy sessions related to projects and supplier meetings as needed
  • Analysis from start to finish for projects, timelines, and updates
  • Review and improve financial analysis policies and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency and high level of customer support, and involving other departments where needed
  • Develop and execute methodology and procedures to provide customer level detail reporting
  • Manage relationship with Regard departments to ensure accurate project reporting is provided timely
  • Develop and maintain relationships within HealthTrust, Regard, and other business line departments to help ensure consistent accumulation and reporting of financial information
  • Provides complex ad hoc financial and statistical reports and analyses as requested by HealthTrust and Regard leadership
  • Contribute to internal/external meetings with financial goals and objectives to satisfy business lines’ direction
  • Interacts with both internal individuals at various levels
  • Some travel required for industry conferences, client meetings, and site reviews.

What you will need for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree, required.
  • 2+ years of related finance experience, required.
  • Strong analytical skills and heavy attention to detail with ability to think conceptually and has a solutions mindset, required.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, required
  • Successful experience building collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
