Role Overview
FLEX (Finance Leadership Experience) is a fast-track opportunity for high-potential individuals seeking a dynamic career in corporate finance. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training to build the skills needed for future leadership roles.
Through rotational assignments, you'll develop a broad understanding of finance while strengthening both technical and strategic capabilities. The program emphasizes continuous development, meaningful exposure to senior leaders, and the opportunity to build a strong professional network.
What You'll Do
Our full-time rotational program provides a foundational experience across Corporate Finance disciplines. In addition to Institutional Life Planning and Analysis work, you'll gain exposure to tools and techniques shaping the field today, including automation, dashboarding, predictive analytics, and AI-supported modeling.
As part of this opportunity, participants will complete the following finance rotation:
Institutional Life Planning and Analysis
In this role, you'll support financial planning and analysis for Institutional Life by assisting with management reporting, forecasting, and multi-year planning activities while partnering across teams to deliver accurate financial insights.
The position also provides hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and process improvements to enhance how financial information is managed and shared.

Pay Transparency
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
  • Overtime Eligible: Exempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to an individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
