As humans, there are few things more exciting than meeting someone new. At Tinder, we’re inspired by the challenge of keeping the magic of human connection alive. With tens of millions of users, hundreds of millions of downloads, 2+ billion swipes per day, 20+ million matches per day, and a presence in 190+ countries, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing.

We work together to solve complex problems. Behind the simplicity of every match, we think deeply about human relationships, behavioral science, network economics, AI and ML, online and real-world safety, cultural nuances, loneliness, love, sex, and more.

About The Role

Match Group is launching a Corporate Rotational Analyst Program, a two-year, cohort-based program designed to develop high-performing early-career talent into well-rounded business leaders. Analysts will rotate through four core functions across finance, strategy, product marketing and product, gaining hands-on experience with the strategic, analytical, and operational drivers of our business.

The first cohort will begin within Tinder, allowing participants to develop a deep understanding of a single business while benefiting from strong cohort learning, mentorship, and leadership visibility. Upon successful completion of the program, Analysts will transition into full-time roles within Match Group.

Work Location & Hybrid Schedule

This role follows a hybrid in-office schedule, with employees expected to work from the office Tuesday through Thursday each week. The position may be based in either Los Angeles or New York, depending on business needs and candidate preference.

Duration: 24 months

Rotations: Four 6-month rotations

Rotational teams may include:

  • Corporate Finance / Analytics: Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Corporate Development / Strategy: Market assessment, valuation, strategic analysis, and M&A support
  • Product Management: Product strategy, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and data-driven decision-making
  • Product Marketing: Go-to-market strategy, positioning, market research, storytelling, and campaign analytics

Each Analyst will complete two business-focused rotations and two product-focused rotations, ensuring balanced exposure and transferable skill development.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze complex business and product problems and develop actionable insights
  • Build and interpret financial, strategic, and analytical models
  • Partner cross-functionally with leaders in finance, strategy, product, and marketing
  • Contribute to high-impact projects that influence company strategy and performance
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Develop a strong understanding of Match Group’s brands, growth levers, and financial architecture
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation by Spring 2026
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Interest in technology, consumer products, and business strategy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Majors in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Internship experience in consulting, banking, analytics, strategy, product, or technology
  • Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
