Job description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise GIS professional to lead the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise GIS platforms and spatial data infrastructure. The candidate will develop GIS strategies, manage geospatial databases and data governance, integrate GIS with enterprise systems and asset management platforms, and support infrastructure and transportation initiatives.

 

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of enterprise GIS experience
  • Strong expertise in Esri Enterprise / ArcGIS
  • Spatial databases, GIS architecture, and data governance
  • GIS integration with Maximo, Infor, BIM, CAD, and LiDAR
  • GIS cloud architecture and enterprise system integration
  • FME Enterprise and ETL/automation
  • Linear Referencing Systems (LRS)
  • GIS analytics, Power BI, and 3D visualization
  • Infrastructure and asset management experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in GIS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Esri Enterprise Administration, ArcGIS Professional, or equivalent GIS certifications.
  • Experience implementing FME Enterprise automation.
  • Experience integrating GIS with Power BI, Bentley, PeopleSoft, and enterprise middleware platforms.
  • Experience supporting transportation, aviation, marine ports, bridges, rail, or public infrastructure agencies.
  • Experience implementing Common Data Environments (CDE).
  • Knowledge of Nearmap AI and advanced geospatial analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Port Authority infrastructure asset management practices and large-scale capital programs.
