Job description

ERP Analyst
Full-Time | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Occasional Saturdays Required Urgent Hiring Need
Are you the go-to person when ERP issues arise? Do you enjoy analyzing, improving processes, and helping users get the most out of their systems? We're seeking an ERP Analyst to support and optimize critical ERP operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone with ERP experience who can investigate system issues, support end users, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across business operations.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Troubleshoot ERP system issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems with internal teams and external vendors
  • Support users across finance, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and sales functions
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain ERP master data including items, vendors, customers, pricing, and BOMs
  • Create and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, implementations, testing, and system enhancements
  • Assist with integrations between ERP, CRM, WMS, and other business systems
  • Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users
  • Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements

What We're Looking For
✅ 2+ years of ERP systems experience
✅ Experience troubleshooting and supporting ERP users
✅ Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Oracle, or Infor
✅ Knowledge of inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, or finance processes
✅ Strong reporting and analytical skills using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
✅ Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or integrations is highly preferred
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills
Preferred Background
  • Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
  • Experience supporting inventory and operational workflows
