The role requires strong coordination of resources, continuous monitoring of financial performance, and clear communication with Government stakeholders. The Finance Manager provides dependable leadership to contractor personnel, ensuring timely and effective contract execution. Duties & Responsibilities:The Finance Manager oversees financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for the contract, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with F‑35 JPO financial requirements.The Finance Manager will manage and maintain all resources required for contract execution, including manpower, training, equipment, supplies, documentation, permits, licenses, and screenings.Oversee financial performance of the contract, including cost tracking, budget monitoring, invoice review, and ensuring alignment with government financial requirements.Identify and address financial risks, discrepancies, or funding issues and provide timely written notification to COR, CO, and F‑35 JPO technical points of contact.Ensure financial coordination and communication between Government officials and contractor personnel, supporting resolution of budget issues, funding questions, and financial reporting needs.Apply industry best practices and methodologies to identify, document, track, and monitor contract and financial activities for continuous evaluation and high‑quality service delivery.Facilitate clear communication between Government personnel and contractor staff to support efficient coordination and resolution of administrative, financial, and operational issues.The Finance Manager provides leadership, administration, and quality assurance to contractor personnel to ensure timely, compliant, and effective contract execution in support of the F‑35 JPO.Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Knowledge of contract financial management principles, including cost tracking, budget oversight, documentation control, and compliance with government contracting requirements.Skilled in applying industry best practices to identify, document, track, and evaluate financial activities to ensure continuous monitoring, accuracy, and quality of contract execution.Ability to communicate financial issues clearly and professionally in writing to government stakeholders, including COR, CO, and technical points of contact, while maintaining responsiveness and accountability.Knowledge of resource management, including staffing, training, equipment, permits, and documentation requirements necessary to support full contract execution.Ability to oversee and coordinate financial aspects of contract performance, providing leadership, supervision, and quality assurance to ensure timely and effective support of program objectives. Minimum/General Experience:At least five (5) years supervisory experience.At least 10 years of relevant work experience.Minimum Education:Master's Degree in relevant field; or a bachelor's degree and 4 additional years of relevant work experience. Disclaimer:The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
