This role will support the strategy and execution of critical experiences for our associates and program alumni on their Capital One journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing early career talent and proven experience leading projects and processes in a well-managed way. They should be excited about the opportunity to influence strategic decisions using a data-backed approach. We are looking for team players who are solution-oriented, are comfortable working in some ambiguity, and have effective program / process management, communication, and relationship building skills.
