The Operational Development Program (ODP) is a 24-month rotational program designed to develop future leaders across Supply Chain, Business Analytics, and Financial Analytics. Participants gain hands-on experience across key business functions while building analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities.
Position Summary
The ODP Analyst is a cross-functional role responsible for supporting business operations, analyzing performance, and driving process improvements. Through multiple rotations, this role develops a deep understanding of the company's end-to-end value chain and contributes to data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
  • Perform core responsibilities within each assigned department (e.g., supply chain, business analytics, financial analytics, pricing, customer operations)
  • Manage day-to-day tasks with increasing ownership and accountability

Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze business performance using data tools and reporting systems
  • Translate business questions into data requirements and actionable insights
